On behalf of the Committee, I call all BBAM Members, and welcome Non-Members, to attend on Tuesday 16th March for two consecutive events:

(i) BBAM's General Assembly Meeting (equivalent to an AGM) at 5.00 pm, and
(ii) BBAM's March Networking Evening from 6:30-8:30.

The committee looks for your continued support of BBAM's work, thus your presence and your votes at our AGM will be much appreciated (all are welcome, but only members may vote). Submission of nominations to BBAM's governing bodies, or requests for additional matters to be placed on the agenda, will be accepted until 5th March. A provisional agenda is appended hereto, with further details in the attachment.

If attending our Networking Evening. Be sure to leave your business card at our reception desk on the night to be entered into our prize draw, including:

- 1 Bottle of Laurent-Perrier Champagne donated by Executive Counsel (Macao) Limited
- Other fabulous prizes

Please indicate your intention of attending, so that we can ensure sufficient copies of AGM documents and catering. Payment will be collected at the door and a receipt will be issued.

The General Assembly has a sufficient quorum whenever at least 50% of the Members are present or on second call 30 minutes later with any number of Members.
