Chef Semblat, Robuchon au Dôme
Chef Joel Robuchon and chef Francky Semblat both grew up in the village of Poitiers in western France. Inspired by his mother’s cooking and Robuchon’s reputation, Francky started culinary school when he was just thirteen. After four years he received his kitchen certificate and joined the Joël Robuchon Group in Paris.
