Chef Weng at Inagiku
At StarWorld Hotel, Inagiku Chef de Cuisine Lee Ging Wa Weng is renowned as an expert tempura maker and he cuts some very fine sushi as well. Born and raised in Hong Kong, Weng was a youngster when he developed a fascination for Japanese cuisine. As an apprentice, he began by washing rice and cutting vegetables, and then worked his way through every step of training to become a Japanese chef. He has been cooking for 27 years.
