Chef Chatsorn cuts each spice a little differently. Red chilies, sweet basil and, finally, a ginger-like root called galangal are all fed to the knife. That’s a lot of spices, a lot of flavors—can they possibly all work together? You bet! This is one of our favourite Thai restaurants - set within one of the best locations in Macau overlooking the lagoon pool behind the Grand Lapa Hotel.
