  • The rooms are non-transferable. To ensure check-in, all names entered at point of booking must be the same as stated in the passport. Once the booking has been confirmed, no changes will be entertained.
  • There is a no-show penalty of HKD1,000. Once the booking is confirmed, no amendments or cancellations will be allowed. Cancellation of the booking or a reduction in the number of nights is not permitted. No refunds are available.
  • The promotional offers are available for booking by only FIT. Travel agencies or third-party resellers are not eligible for the promotional offers; Macau.com reserves the right to cancel without notification any booking by travel agencies or third-party sellers.
