• Any promotional offer is provided on a first come first served basis, and subject to availability.
• Macau.com reserves the right to revise, cancel, suspend or modify any offer at its sole discretion, and without prior notice.
• The ticket is sold or issued by Macau.com Ticketing (“MCT”) as agent for and on behalf of the organization, management and or promoter responsible for the event. All claims are the sole responsibility of the seller and to the extent permitted by law; MCT has no liability to you. Under no circumstances will Macau.com be liable for direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages including but not limited to lost profits or savings or damages for disappointment.
• This ticket may not, without the prior written consent of MCT and the seller be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via on-line auction sites) or used for advertising, promoting or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other foods or services, either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission. Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged, defaced, forged or copied in any way or are not purchased from MCT or other authorized points of sale.
• No refund or exchange on any ticket is permitted unless an event is postponed or cancelled in which case a Notice of Cancellation or Postponement will be placed in the media by the Promoter or MCT. If a refund is made, MCT may, to the extent permitted by law, retain any fee it has charged.
• The right is reserved to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute artists and / or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements and audience capacity.
• The right is reserved to charge a fee for the replacement of tickets. MCT reserves the right not to replace tickets where seating is not allocated (general admission tickets) or if customer details cannot be verified.
• The right of admission is reserved and is subject to the seller’s and the venue’s terms of admission, copies of which are available from Macau.com on request. Late arrival may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in the performance.
• Cameras, audio and video recorders may not be permitted. The right is reserved to broadcast or telecast any event and the Promoter/Venue Owner may use the ticket holder’s image or likeness in any live or recorded video, photography or image.
• It may be a condition of entry to individual events that a search of person and / or their possessions will be required at the time of entry to the venue.
• Macao law shall govern the sale of all tickets and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Macao courts.
• In case of dispute, the decision of Macau.com shall be final.
