What is Macau.com's Best Rate Guarantee?

Macau.com guarantees you the Best Rate online for your hotel room booking. If you find a lower rate that is bookable, and the booking is the actual transaction amount which needs to be fully pre-paid before check-in on another publicly available online travel website for the same date(s), same hotel, same room type, and for the same number of guests within 24 hours of booking a room with Macau.com, we will match that rate and refund you the difference.

To claim the difference, simply email bookings@corp.macau.com within 24 hours of booking and provide us with your booking reference number and the URL of the website where you found the lower rate.

Please note that the Macau.com Best Rate Guarantee applies only to hotel room purchases where the Best Rate Guarantee is indicated. It does not apply to hotels without the Best Rate Guarantee stamp. It is also not applicable to ferry-hotel packages or any other Macau.com products.
