Mizumi

Overview

Mizumi in Wynn Macau is one of the best Japanese restaurants in Southern China and the only Japanese two-star Michelin restaurant in Macau.

Unlike other Japanese restaurants that specialise in one item, Mizumi has three specialities, each operated by a Michelin-star chef: tempura, sushi and teppanyaki.

Price for set dinners are 1000 MOP ($125 USD) and up, but it is recommended you go with these as opposed to ordering à la carte is more expensive and fails to take advantage of the freshest ingredients.

Although online reservations are available, Mizumi is one of Macau’s few Michelin restaurants where walk-in is possible. Ingredients are imported from Japan, and their bluefin tuna sushi and sashimi are can’t-miss dishes.
